Great to see your success. Love the web site. Missing Bracknells 3 hour trainning sessions.Will be going 4 my 2nd Dan in Oct. + splitting my club in feb so now will teching 4 3 hours. + Ellie is due to give birth to our 2nd child on the 15th feb 2008. How the hell do you manage to do childcare and training????
I am finding it almost imposible to get the mrs to release me from baby duties long enough for me to get on the pc to send this message. I am missing training so much but am trying to keep my fitness up as best i can at work so that it will not be to bad when i return.

Very nice website.I have train for a free trial lesson with Mr.Liu in his Staines club and I have to say that the class was great,the students there are friendly and excellent to train with and Sa Bum Nim Liu is a great instructor. |
